Please note the recent EDUCARE COVID-19 Policy Update arising from the NSW Health advice 12.11.21.
If you or another member of your household have tested positive to COVID-19 and are in isolation; are considered to be a casual or close contact and/or awaiting COVID test results OR if you or another member of your household have cold or flu-like, gastro or respiratory symptoms, please call EDUCARE to transfer your appointment across to telehealth or to reschedule your appointment.
For everyone else, we are operating as normal for face-to-face services, with extra safety precautions in place. These include mandatory check-in for all staff, clients and visitors via our QR code, hand sanitising stations and adhering to the 1.5m social distancing rule.
Masks are mandatory inside EDUCARE for everyone (except children under the age of 12, and those whose well-being may be compromised by wearing one – please note: we will require proof of exemption in these circumstances). Please note that your mask may not need to be worn during your session, depending on the nature of your appointment. Masks must be worn at all times whilst in the waiting room.
