Dr Robert Baird is an experienced Psychologist who focuses on conducting evidence-based assessments for ADHD, ASD, cognitive abilities, learning, and a range of other mental health conditions. Dr Baird is dedicated to offering comprehensive and systematic evaluations for individuals across all age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults.
With a genuine passion for comprehending the concerns presented by individuals and families, Dr Baird adopts a holistic and personalised approach to understand the specific difficulties experienced by his clients. Through his evaluations, he strives to provide valuable perspectives, recommendations, and strategies to assist individuals in navigating their unique difficulties.
Dr Baird completed a masters degree in educational and developmental psychology and was conferred a doctorate at Monash University in February 2025. Dr Baird’s doctoral dissertation was entitled “Therapy Dogs in Schools: Impacts on Students’ Wellbeing and Important Implementation.” He has also published the following research articles in world-renowned peer-review journals:

Robert is a down-to-earth individual, and beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, both as a spectator and participant. Robert is also driven by a curious mind and enjoys learning new things.
