Natalie is an empathetic, person-centred psychologist. She draws upon significant life experience within her therapeutic approach. Natalie is passionate about assisting clients to identify their strengths and overcome mental health barriers through evidence-based assessments and interventions including dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, brief solution focused therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy and trauma focused therapy with a focus on goal setting and attainment. She encompasses a philosophy “there is always a solution to any problem”.

  • Preparation of diagnostic and cognitive functioning reports (NDIS, Workcover, GP’s)
  • Appointments in clinic and via telehealth

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys recreational pursuits and hobbies including singing, dancing, reading and a lifelong love of animals. Having travelled extensively, Natalie also has a rich level of cross-cultural understanding.
