Jessica believes in working closely with families to understand their unique needs and goals. By taking a holistic and collaborative approach, she helps children and teens develop key skills in a supportive, safe environment. Whether it’s improving emotional regulation, building attention and focus, or supporting social skills, Jessica is dedicated to ensuring that every child feels understood, empowered, and equipped for success.

Jessica has worked in a variety of settings including clinics, schools, and preschools. Her experience spans across multiple areas of development, including: Learning and Academic Engagement; Attention and Focus; Emotional Regulation; Social Skills; and Gross and Motor Skill development

Jessica’s approach is centred around identifying and building upon the strengths of both the child and their family. She works with families to set meaningful goals, focusing on skills that can transfer from the therapy setting to everyday life. Whether it’s improving independence at school or at home, Jessica helps children develop the tools they need for long-term success.

When Jessica isn’t in the clinic, she loves spending time in nature including swimming, bush walking, and camping and also has a strong passion for creative writing.
