Taylah is a warm and friendly clinician who has an interest in working with adolescents and adults. She has previous experience in non-government organisations and tertiary education settings, assessing and treating a range of mental health and well-being concerns. This includes mood disorders, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-confidence, and body image and disordered eating concerns.

Taylah enjoys building strong and trusting therapeutic relationships, and working collaboratively with individuals to help improve their well-being and progress towards their goals. Taylah draws upon a range of evidence-based therapy modalities in her work, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

Outside of work, Taylah enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, or relaxing with a good book.
