Brendan is a registered clinical psychologist registrar who completed his clinical training at the University of Newcastle. He has previous experience working in public health and non-government settings working across a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, eating and body image concerns, and relationship difficulties.
Brendan is an engaged and friendly clinician who has an interest in working with adolescents and adults. He utilizes a range of therapy modalities in his treatment including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). He enjoys working with clients at their own pace and helping them achieve their goals.
In his spare time, Brendan enjoys reading and spending time at the beach with his three kids and dog
